Outlook Gmail Forum - "Enter Network Password" Prompts Won't Quit Options!!!

Recently one of my friend met this problem.

I searched the solution for this issue in the i-net and i got the solution which is hereunder:

Now, please follow the steps below to resolve the problem:
close all mail clients you're using to read Gmail messages. (If you
use one at work and one at home, please disable both.)
From the computer on which your logins are failing, visit
http://www.google.com/accounts/DisplayUnlockCaptcha
Enter your Gmail username and password, and the letters in the
distorted picture.

Once you have successfully logged in, restart your mail client and try
to download your mail

Excel - change the Upper and Lower value (solved)

Dear all,

Hope you all fine.

One of my friend ask this to me. Thats why i sharing this. It may useful!!!

If you wnat to change the Cell Value into Upper and Lower without edting the Cell Value.

For Eg.,

Change the Upper Value:
If you want to change the Name "john" (A1 Cell) into "JOHN".

Just using the Formula, =Upper(A1) and click the Enter. All the words Changed to UPPER.

Change the Lower Value:
If you want to change the Name "JOHN" (B1 Cell) into "john".

Just using the Formula, =Lower(B1) and click the Enter. All the words Changed to LOWER.
